How to vaporise the cost of gas?

No one needs to be convinced that the current times are uncertain and it is hard to predict anything. There is talk of shields, bailouts, but we all know that even if this is available, it is only an ad hoc measure. Is there any way to protect ourselves? We come to the rescue

The painful results of a good decision

Most large factories, steel mills and dryers use natural gas because, at the time the decision was made, it was the best option. We will not dwell here on the current results of this decision, because every entrepreneur knows them and unfortunately feels them acutely. The facts are that, as business owners, we have to reckon with the fact that nothing good will last forever. The only thing that can save us is flexibility.

Pair the systems and vapourise the costs

Sound enigmatic and yet too good to be true? We’re happy to explain it. The systems we are referring to are the natural gas system and the LPG system. With the right combination, you not only get the benefit of multiple offers from LPG suppliers, but you have access to gas that has twice the calorific value of natural gas, so you save money.

How do you pair gas systems?

As you may have guessed, it’s not that simple. It’s a special installation with many components. We would like to focus on the vaporiser (vaporiser) to explain the whole idea behind it. A vaporiser is a device that is designed to change the liquid phase of LPG into a vapour phase. With the right liquid and temperature, the gas regains its state of aggregation (vapour), after which, thanks to the mixer, it is delivered to the receiver, where combustion takes place. By combining these systems, we are assured that gas restrictions or interruptions in natural gas will not jeopardise our production.

Which vaporiser to choose?

We can divide evaporators into two types: water-based and electric. Additionally, they are divided by capacity. We advise that large companies, steel mills and dryers should source electric evaporators. They have the advantage of being easy to operate, use and reliable. What’s more, you can choose whether you want an electrical box mounted on the evaporator or outside the danger zone. Of course, all our vaporisers have the necessary certifications to ensure safety in use.

How do you increase the effects of your system’s pairing and keep costs to a minimum?

Which evaporator capacity should you choose? Should we opt for water-based or electric? How much can we save on system pairing and how can we optimise it? We are here to present you with possible solutions and compare them according to your criteria. By getting to know your business characteristics and energy needs, together we will find the right way to save money and become independent of natural gas.
